Prepare the pasta

Doses are adapted to MA30, MA50 and MA75 models.

  • 1 kg pea flour
  • 260 g water

Preparation

Place the pea flour in the mixing bowl and turn on the machine and mix the flour for approximately 1 minute. Turn off the machine and add water. Turn the machine on again and knead for 8 minutes. At the end of the mixing time, proceed with extrusion.
