Prepare the pasta

Doses are adapted to MA30, MA50 and MA75 models.

 

  • 800 g chickpea flour
  • 143 ml water
  • 15 g linseed oil

Preparation

Place the chickpea flour in the mixing bowl and turn on the machine and mix the flour for about 1 minute. Switch off the machine and add water together with the linseed oil. Switch the machine on again and knead for 8 minutes.
