The ingredients of our story.

It all starts with a problem: a restaurant pasta machine that is always broken. Vicentia was not yet born, but those who founded it started from there, from solving and simplifying a problem.

Thanks to a knowledge of steel and an aptitude for preventing complications, the idea took shape that professional pasta machines can be as durable, high-performance and completely made in Italy as what they produce. This is the mission behind Vicentia.

Over the years, our company has established itself on the market, quickly becoming a synonym for reliability and excellence for restaurants, workshops and delicatessens all over the world.

We have been working for more than 30 years, with the time constraints of the catering industry in mind, to ensure user-friendliness and reliability so that you can make excellent fresh pasta.

And we are certain that if there is Vicentia, there is a piece of Italy, in any kitchen in the world.

For more than 90 years, pasta has been our business. In 2023, Vicentia became part of Marcato Group, joining Marcato – a historic Italian company with more than 90 years in the household sector – with its 30 years of experience in the HoReCa sector. Ours is a long history of pasta.

The professional production of fresh pasta, from the dough to the shape, is still the driving force behind our daily pursuit for perfect machines:

  • They are all made of AISI 304 steel, the magnetic and non-magnetic stainless steel;
  • With a bronze screw for total extrusion from within;
  • Technically simplified from components such as bevel gearboxes, belts and pulleys;
  • With reinforced mechanics, also in electrical parts, and easy to replace;
  • With universal components available worldwide;
  • Entirely designed and produced in Italy.
